So today is one of my "out of the gym" days. The gym I go to at my school is only open Mo-Th. so I have a 3 day weekend where I have to do workouts "out of the gym". On these days it's pretty much the same thing, I almost ALWAYS go to the track and do 60 minutes of cardio.
Initially it was hard for me to get accustomed to running. I would get tired after only 1 minute. Now I'm up to running 12 minutes non stop, not much but better than where I was before. My goal is to be able to run 10k non stop or run 1hr non stop.
