"...it's not worth it to me."
I really would like to transform my diet to incorporate more natural foods. I find that eating fatty food, processed foods, etc. makes me VERY unhappy and what I also realized is that my body doesn't process them as easily. As a college student it's easy to get sucked into the mentality of having a cooked meal quickly for such a low price but it's not worth it to me.
